General Information
Saint Lucia has reopened to International tourists and have implemented travel protocols for all arriving visitors.
As of Sept. 29, authorities in Saint Lucia have amended their COVID-19 related travel restrictions. They would now require all travelers outside of the designated “Caribbean Bubble Countries” to provide proof of an accommodation reservation in a government-approved facility for the mandatory 14-day self-quarantine period.
All travelers must also submit a negative result from a PCR test taken no more than 7 days from arrival.
Travelers coming from the so-called “Caribbean Bubble” countries are exempted from the mandatory quarantine, but they must provide a negative Covid-19 test result taken no more than 7 days from arrival.
All visitors, regardless of where they are coming from, must complete a Travel Registration Form. This must be submitted 3 days or more before travel. A copy of the form must be printed to be submitted on arrival.
All arrivals must go through a temperature check at the airport, and those who are showing symptoms will immediately be isolated and tested. If the result is positive, the passenger will be transferred to the Respiratory Hospital for treatment and care at their own cost.
Mask Requirement

Mask is required to be worn in all public indoor, public transport and all outdoor areas.
Internal Restrictions/Closures
Saint Lucia has now started to reopen the country and its economy by reopening to tourism. Businesses are permitted to recommence full operations, in their normal location and within normal business hours, adhering to COVID19 related protocols issued by the Ministry of Health.
Sporting tournaments and contact sporting events are allowed, but can only involve up to 200 spectators. Additionally, cinemas are to reopen with restrictions in place. The government requires that individuals use protective face coverings in public places.
Officials plan to further ease restrictions in August, though they have yet to release details. Authorities could reimpose, extend, ease, or otherwise amend restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
Airlines & Transport
Saint Lucia is now open for air travel, while sea borders will open in a later stage.
