Israel:

Beginning July 1, 2021, vaccinated individual tourists will be allowed entry into Israel. These individuals will need to present their vaccination certificate and a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test prior to boarding their flight. Upon arrival, tourists are required to take a serological test to prove the existence of COVID-19 antibodies. The presence of antibodies from a serological test allows international tourists to forgo the quarantine requirement.

Austria:

Travelers from EU countries with a low infection rate will now be able to enter Austria for tourism purposes, without having to undergo quarantine upon entry. The same goes for travelers coming from some third countries, including Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea. Tourists who are not vaccinated are required to present a negative COVID-19 test result. Those who have recovered from the virus can skip the test but they must show proof of having recovered six months ago.

June 10, 2021
Norway:

Fully vaccinated travelers are no longer required to quarantine upon their arrival in Norway. Those who have fully recovered from the virus in the past six months are also exempted from quarantine. However, all travelers, whether they have been vaccinated or not, will still be subjected to the Covid-19 test at the border before entering the country.

June 09, 2021
Morocco:

Starting on June 15, 2021, Morocco will open its borders to tourists coming from all countries. Travellers are required to show proof that they have been vaccinated against Covid-19. Unvaccinated travellers will be allowed entry but they have to present a negative result of a PCR test, taken 48 hours before their entry. Nationals of countries where the Covid-19 cases are still surging will have to request a special permit to enter Morocco and submit a negative PCR test result.

Czech Republic:

Travellers coming from San Marino and Japan can enter the  Czech Republic with no restrictions. Due to the low number of cases, both countries have been placed under the "green list". Meanwhile, Germany, Slovakia, and Luxembourg have been moved to the orange list, which means travellers from these countries have to submit a negative PCR test before entering the country.

June 08, 2021
Portugal:

Starting on June 8, 2021, Portugal will be removed from the UK's green travel list amid the rising Covid-19 cases and concerns over the new variants. As a result, travelers coming from Portugal will be required to isolate for ten days upon their arrival in the UK.

June 07, 2021
Denmark:

June 5, 2021, vaccinated travelers from OECD member countries, such as Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, and Turkey can enter Denmark with no testing and quarantine requirements for as long as they can show proof that they have undergone the full vaccination process using one of the vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency and that at least 14 days have already passed since the doses were taken.

June 05, 2021
Colombia:

Tourists are already allowed to enter Colombia without having to undergo Covid-19 testing or quarantine, and whether they have been vaccinated or not. Travelers will only need to fill out a health declaration form less than 24 hours before their flight. They must declare that they are free from the Covid-19 virus and that they have not been in close contact with anyone who tested positive for the virus.

Denmark:

Starting on June 5, 2021, Denmark will reopen to fully vaccinated travelers coming from the UK and USA. To be allowed entry, travelers must be able to show proof that they have been fully vaccinated with an EMA-approved vaccine, and that it has already been at least 14-days since they received the final course of the vaccine.
